Yes, Pryor was one of the judges on the federal appeals court which refused to give a new hearing in the Schiavo case. As I stated in the article, "As a currently sitting federal judge, in the state-sanctioned murder of Terri Schiavo, Pryor refused to even register dissent in the federal appeals court’s decision not to allow a new hearing of her case."

He was out of at least one hearing because of surgery. However, in the hearing for which I was able to find documentation, Pryor did not note a dissent in the record. This from a man who adamantly claims he is pro-life? Why didn't he even register a protest?

On another matter: I've been accused elsewhere of pitting the Roman Catholic Pryor against the Christian Moore. I assume this was deduced--albeit erroneously--from my statement, "If all those things weren’t enough, Bill Pryor, who is supposedly a devout Roman Catholic, asked Roy Moore, a Christian, to deny God before men." I did not write this article to attack Pryor because of his Catholicism. I have no problem with his Catholicism.

Anyone who assesses this to be a "Catholic vs. Christian" article is incorrect and missing the point. As an Anglican priest, I owe much to both Roman Catholicism and Protestantism. I am neither a Roman (like Pryor) nor a Baptist (like Moore). Bill Pryor is unfit for a judgeship least of all because of his Catholicism, most of all because of his treachery.

Perhaps you're going to blog on this shortly, but am I right in thinking that Pryor was one of the judges who turned down the federal appeal in the Schiavo case?
