Earlier, the public learned of Senator Barack Obama’s association with an anti-American pastor. Now we learn of his association with an avowed enemy of the United States.

Sadly, Senator Obama’s wife stated some time back that she was proud of our nation for the first time because her husband is a candidate for president.

Do we need someone like this leading our nation? The associations of Senator Obama indicate that he is on the side of those who desire the absolute destruction of the United States.

When recently questioned by Pastor Rick Warren about abortion, Senator Obama made a telling statement. (Pastor Warren called abortion a “complex issue”; I’m not so confused about the simplicity of the God-given right to life to believe Pastor Warren’s assessment.) When asked by Pastor Warren when life begins, Senator Obama stated that the answer to that question is “above my pay grade”.

I would certainly agree that the question of the inalienability of the right to life is above Senator Obama’s pay grade–that inalienable right comes from God. It is sad that Senator Obama doesn’t want to abide by the standard of God by defending the lives of the unborn, something he could do both at his current pay grade and the pay grade he desires as president. Sadly, also, Senator Obama believes it is morally acceptable to murder babies after they are born–with his justification for this position being that babies born alive would be an inconvenience to the doctors who want to kill them.

Heaven forbid that this man should become president of the United States.
