Terms of Use

This is the personal website of the Rev. Daniel J. Sparks. The site is under Rev. Sparks’ control as either reason or passion may guide.

Your feedback is welcome in the form of comments or messages through the contact form. You should always be respectful, though you certainly may be vigorous in your missives. If you are profane or disrespectful, your remarks may be removed, and you may be asked to refrain from submitting other comments or messages.

If you submit personal information through the site, whether in comments or through the contact form, you give Rev. Sparks (or his agents) permission to contact you. Your information won’t be shared with others, but if you post it publicly, others may use it to contact you.

For site security and assessment of visitor trends, IP addresses and other statistical data are logged. This may mean that your browser is fed a cookie, though none are guaranteed as the cookie jar is sometimes empty.

You are free to use Rev. Sparks’ material from this site for noncommercial purposes, whether you download it, print it, or distribute in some other format, but please don’t publish it on other websites. If you want to use it for some other purpose, contact Rev. Sparks for discussion.

Finally, if you find this website offensive, there’s no need to stay around. No guarantee is made that you’ll like it, that you’ll benefit from it, that you won’t get a headache from reading it, or that your computer won’t crash after visiting.
